Your account settings

Your own profile and sign-in, and why there is no password to change — plus where the settings for your organisation actually live.

Settings covers you: your name, how you sign in, and which organisations you belong to. It has two tabs.

If you are looking for your organisation's name, its participants, its data and AI choices, or its public page, those are somewhere else — see the last section.

Profile

Your first name, last name and email address.

Your name is what colleagues see in the team list and what participants see on messages you send, so it is worth having it read the way you would introduce yourself.

Account

Three things, all read-only except where noted.

How you sign in

There is no password on this account. You sign in by entering your email address and then the code sent to it.

This is the answer to "where do I change my password" — there is nothing to change, and nothing that can leak or be reused from another site. What matters instead is that the address stays one you can actually read: if the codes stop arriving, check the address shown here first.

Account details

Your username, and your account status.

Status is the one to notice. Active is normal. Inactive means your access has been withdrawn by an organisation administrator, and you cannot restore it yourself — that has to come from them. If it says Inactive and you did not expect it, ask your administrator rather than trying to sign in again.

Organisations you belong to

Every organisation your account is attached to. Most people have one.

If you administer an organisation, this section says so and links straight to its settings.

Organisation settings are elsewhere

This is the distinction that catches people, because both pages are called some form of "settings".

Only organisation administrators see the organisation-level pages. If you cannot find one of them, that is usually the reason, not a fault.
