Your public page is where you send people when you want them to take an assessment. It shows your organisation and the assessments you have open, and somebody can start one without an account.
It is off until you turn it on. Set it up in Profile & public page under Organization.
Set it up
1. Fill in the identity first. The public page shows what is in the identity card above it: name, logo, description, website, brand colour and address. There is nothing else to style.
The brand colour picker shows you the contrast of white text against your colour. If it warns you, the page will be genuinely hard to read for some people — pick a darker shade.
2. Choose the address. A suggestion is filled in from your organisation name; edit it to something people will recognise. Availability is checked as you type.
This becomes the link you print and send, so it is worth a minute.
3. Preview it. The link under the field opens the page. Note it only works once you have saved and published — before that the address returns nothing.
4. Publish. The switch stays disabled until you have a valid, available address. Turning it off later takes the page down immediately.
Changing the address later
Every link you have already sent stops working. The old address is not redirected. The interface warns you before saving.
If you have printed the address on anything, treat the change as reprinting everything.
What it shows
- Your name, logo and brand colour, with a Take the Assessment button
- The assessments you have open, grouped by instrument — youth and adult — each with its language, deadline and access code
- Where to find you, and your website
- Frequently asked questions, which adjust to your organisation's privacy settings and mention parental consent where it applies
The address privacy switch
Under the address there is a separate switch: show the street address publicly.
Turned off, only your city and country appear on the public page. Your full address is still stored and still used on printed documents and invoices — it is removed from the public page specifically, on the server, not merely hidden in the browser.
For an organisation working with minors from a non-public location, this is the setting to check before publishing.
