SANDBOX/DEMO school is a complete organisation with sample clients, finished assessments, profiles and working analytics. Every counselor can open it, and it is there for one reason: an empty Counselor OS teaches you nothing about how a full one behaves.
How to open it
Use the organisation selector at the top of the screen and choose SANDBOX/DEMO school. Switch back the same way.
Several empty screens also offer a direct button to it, because those are the moments the question usually arises.
What it is useful for
Analytics. This is the strongest reason. Aggregate reports cannot be understood from an empty chart — you need to see one with a year of results in it to know what question it answers.
Seeing the shape of a profile. What a completed NexProfile contains, before you have one of your own.
Understanding the participant list. Active, pending and archived people side by side, with the statuses behaving as they will in your own organisation.
Explaining NexPath to somebody else. A colleague or a head teacher can see the product working rather than a description of it.
What it is not
It is not your organisation. Nothing in it belongs to you, and nothing you do there affects your own clients, your billed-client count, or your plan.
The people in it are not real. The names, results and profiles are sample data. Do not read them as evidence about anybody, and do not use them as examples of real outcomes when talking to clients or parents.
It is shared, and actions there are real. Every counselor sees the same demo organisation, and approving or archiving a demo client is a genuine action — it changes what the next counselor who opens the demo sees too. Look around freely, but do not approve or archive anyone there just to see what the confirmation looks like. If you want to see that flow, do it on a pending person in your own organisation, or ask a colleague what they saw last.
If you are unsure which organisation you are in
The organisation selector at the top always shows the current one. Check it before you assume a screen is empty — an unfamiliar empty list is occasionally just the wrong organisation.
