Reports are about one participant at a time. For cohort-level figures you want Analytics instead. The two used to be easy to confuse, which is part of why one of them no longer exists.
The Reports page has been retired
There is no Reports page any more. /manager/reports now sends you to your
participant list, and any bookmark you had does the same thing.
It was retired because its list duplicated the dashboard, and everything it linked to now lives one click closer: on the participant's own Counseling Desk. Nothing was lost — the report itself is unchanged, and it is reached by opening the participant rather than by finding a page that lists them again.
Getting to a career report
Open the participant from your roster. Their report is part of their case, alongside their profile and the plan — see Your Counseling Desk for how those sit together.
What a career report contains
The Career Path Explorer for that participant's assessment — the same engine as NexPlanner, showing the occupations that fit them, the industries behind those matches, and the education routes and skill requirements attached.
It is a read of one assessment, so it reflects the results as they were on the day it was completed.
Printing and sharing
The report itself is a working view, not a document to hand over. What you give to a participant, a parent or an institution is the plan: the plan document has a proper print view that saves as a PDF, and it is the artefact with both your names on it.
